These terms apply to cleaning services provided by Maid In Carmel and to your use of maidincarmel.com. By booking a service, you agree to them.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this website are starting rates based on a 2,500 sq ft home with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, or a 2,500 sq ft commercial space with 3 or more restrooms. Your quote is based on the information you give us. If the size or condition of the property is significantly different from what was described, we'll discuss any price change with you before continuing.

Scheduling and cancellations

Recurring services are scheduled on a rotation at the day and time you choose. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. If less notice is given and our cleaner arrives and is not able to clean, a $50 trip charge may apply.

Payment

We accept cash, check, credit cards and app payments such as Zelle and Cash App. Payment timing is confirmed with you when you book.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any part of a cleaning, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to correct the problem at no charge.

Health and safety

For the safety of our staff, we do not clean areas containing feces, blood, bodily fluids or other contaminants that may pose a health hazard, and we do not perform biohazard or hazardous material cleanup. Please secure pets as needed and let us know about anything in the property that requires special care.

Insurance

Maid In Carmel carries $2,000,000 in general liability insurance and a $10,000 bond. Please report any concern about damage within 24 hours of your service so we can look into it promptly.
