Our starting rates are based on a 2,500 sq ft home with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms: $140 per visit for weekly cleaning, $155 for every two weeks, $189 for monthly, $300 for a deep or one-time clean, $300 to $360 for move-in/move-out cleaning and $95 for apartments. Your exact price depends on size, bathrooms, pets and condition.

When we come more often, there's less buildup to work through, so each visit takes less time. Weekly clients get the lowest per-visit rate.

You pick a day and time, and we set you up on a recurring rotation on that day and time. Weekly, every two weeks or monthly.

Yes. Recurring clients get one assigned cleaner, and our cleaners have been with us more than five years on average.

Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice and there's no charge. With less than 24 hours' notice, if your cleaner arrives and is sent away without cleaning, we may bill a $50 trip charge.

Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm and Saturday 11am to 3pm. We're closed Sunday.

A vacuum that's been used in hundreds of homes, many with dogs and cats, spreads that dander and dust into the next house, no matter how good its filter is. If your vacuum works reasonably well, we recommend using it. We can bring one if you prefer.

Absolutely. Pet hair is part of the job. For the safety of our team, we don't clean up pet waste, blood or other contaminants that could be a health hazard.

We clean interior window panes as an add-on, starting at $5 per pane, and window tracks from $7. Front door glass and sliding doors are included in regular cleanings, with the outside of sliding doors done weather permitting.
