Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly: which fits your house?

There's no wrong answer. Here's how we'd think about it if it were our home.

Weekly

For full houses: young kids, a shedding dog, both parents working. Floors and bathrooms never get a chance to slide, and it's the lowest price per visit.

Every two weeks

The middle ground for households that tidy as they go but don't have time to scrub. Kitchens and bathrooms get a real clean before buildup sets in.

Monthly

A good fit for couples, empty nesters and smaller households. You keep up day to day; we handle the dusting, baseboards and detail work once a month.

The solo cleaner model

Why we send one person, not a rotating crew

A lot of cleaning companies send whoever is free that day. We assign one cleaner to each recurring home and keep it that way.

That matters more than it sounds. By the third visit your cleaner knows the stone counters need a different product than the laminate, that the guest bath barely gets used, and that the back door sticks. You stop leaving notes. Our cleaners have been with us more than five years on average, so the person you meet is likely the person you'll keep.

What every recurring house cleaning covers

Each visit includes kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, floors and touchpoints. See the full room-by-room list. Add-ons like inside the fridge or a sheet change can be added to any visit.

If it's been a while

If your home hasn't had a professional clean in a few months, we may suggest a deep cleaning first. It gets everything to a baseline that regular visits can then hold.

Need to skip a week?

Life happens. Give us 24 hours' notice and we'll reschedule. If your cleaner arrives and is sent away without cleaning, a $50 trip charge may apply.

Paying is simple

Cash, check, credit card, or app payments like Zelle and Cash App. Whatever's easiest for you.

Your first month of recurring cleaning

Here's what to expect once you're on the schedule.

  1. First visit: the baseline

If the house needs it, the first visit is a deeper clean that brings everything up to standard. Your cleaner walks the home, notes surfaces that need special products and asks about your priorities.

  2. Visits two and three: learning your home

Your cleaner gets faster and more precise as they learn the layout, which rooms get the most use, and how you like things left.

  3. After every visit: a quick check-in

You get a short "how did we do?" email. Anything you mention is passed straight to your cleaner for next time.

  4. From then on: it just happens

Same day, same time, same person. You come home to a clean house and never think about scheduling again.

Recurring house cleaning FAQ

What is the difference between weekly and bi-weekly house cleaning?

Weekly cleaning keeps a busy home consistently clean and has the lowest price per visit, starting at $140. Bi-weekly cleaning, every other week, starts at $155 and suits households that tidy up between visits.

Will the same cleaner come every time?

Yes. Every recurring client gets one assigned cleaner, and our cleaners have been with us more than five years on average.

Is recurring cleaning cheaper than one-time cleaning?

Per visit, yes. Regular visits prevent buildup, so each one takes less time. A recurring weekly visit starts at $140, compared with $300 for a one-time deep clean.

Can I skip a week or reschedule?

Yes. Give us at least 24 hours notice and we will reschedule. If your cleaner arrives and is turned away without cleaning, a $50 trip charge may apply.

Can I change my frequency later?

Yes. Plenty of people start bi-weekly and move to weekly, or the other way around. Just call the office.
